RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
FileVision’s unique relationship management module offers complete flexibility in data storage by offering the ability to create unlimited data sets that can be linked to documents. These data sets provide user-definable fields that can be used for searching and reporting. Documents, notes and actions can be linked to each record. The information relationship management module also provides the ability to push documents and data to other users resulting in improved communications, enhanced customer service and immediate access to information and other related data and documents.

SEARCH FEATURES
FileVision provides instant access to information through multiple search tools for documents, content, relationships and data. Documents can be found quickly and easily through user-defined key words and criteria or through full-text search. Relationship-centric searches can be performed using the powerful information relationship management search tool and a user’s unique defined fields.

APPLICATION INTEGRATOR

FileVision recognizes the challenges businesses face with attempting to tie together disparate technology solutions that manage related data. FileVision offers end-to-end information management by linking data from electronic files with paper documents, processing action items using a workflow manager and enabling secure and easy search access to the information. To extend these capabilities to existing line of business applications FileVision has created the Application Integrator (FAI). The FAI is a simple yet cost effective solution that integrates seamlessly with other applications, leveraging current technology investments. Integration is easy using the point and click configuration of the FileVision Application Integrator. Data from other applications can be used to search for a document, index a document or populate and search the relationship management module, eliminating the time consuming task of data entry.

CUSTOM BEHAVIORS

In an effort to offer more flexibility and customization for each individual organization, FileVision developed Custom Behaviors. This advanced macro language allows the FileVision system to be easily configured for complex business rule automation while eliminating lengthy user processes. Features include event driven automation; scheduled, manual or polling trigger automation; graphical desiner user interface; user interaction mode; design of complex workflows; data replication and synchronization; and automated custom imports and exports.

FILEVISION HOSTED SOLUTION

FileVision offers affordable and full-featured Information Relationship Management software as a Hosted solution on a subscription basis. The FileVision Rapid Deploy Hosted solution is currently available for Case Management and Physical Therapy customers. Additional industry-specific Hosted solutions can be easily made available as well. Twelve (12) and twenty-four (24) month contract terms give users flexibility and minimize expenses and risks incurred across application life cycles.
