EMAIL ANY AND ALL CONTACTS FROM FILEVISION FileVision Relationship Manager can store multiple email address for each record. A main email can be stored on the details tab and additional emails stored on the contacts tab. All of these email addresses can be used when emailing a document from FileVision. Bring up the email documents screen either in the view or in document search. Click the check box by the main contact name and click the Add button to use the main email address.
Double click the main contact name and click the check box by the contact name. Click the Add button to use the other email address. Click the Add button to use the main email address.
