CRM Enhancements, New Web Client & Application Integrator for

ATLANTA, October 24, 2006 — FileVision, a global provider of office productivity software, today
announced the immediate availability of the new 4.5 version of its
FileVision solution. FileVision 4.5 gives customers an enhanced
custom relationship management (CRM) component for increased search,
administration and workflow functionality; a new web client for
access from any web browser; and an Application Integrator module
for increased data access and usability between other integrated
software solutions. FileVision’s new features will help
customers further increase efficiency and productivity, while eliminating
expenses associated with data integration issues.

providing our small- and medium-sized business (SMB) customers the
ability to decrease expenses incurred by integration projects with
other software they’re using and in some cases eliminate the
need to purchase separate software such as a CRM solution. FileVision

The new FileVision Web 2.0 AJAX client in 4.5 will
enable customers to access their FileVision solution anywhere from
a web browser with increased performance and usability enhancements.
The new FileVision Application Integrator module will eliminate
problematic and expensive integration issues SMBs face when using
a solution like FileVision with proprietary software such as accounting,
records management systems and other line of business applications.

components of FileVision:
Profiler – The custom relationship
management module of FileVision. It offers complete flexibility
through the creation of unlimited data sets that can be linked to
documents. These data sets provide user-definable fields used for
searching and reporting. Documents, notes and actions can be linked
to each record. The profiler also provides the ability to push documents
and data to other users.
Document Manager
- Provides a graphically intuitive interface that automates the
management of documents and their versioning, auditing and archive.
Annotations, color-coded document status and multiple levels of
security serve to round out the feature-rich document management
system.
Imaging Manager
- Input management offers capture of multiple documents, making
the job of document preparation and scanning easy.
Workflow Manager - Automates and
monitors internal procedures, allowing critical path processes to
be assigned to documents. With user-definable fields and flexible
options, workflows can be easily configured for existing processes
and provide improved and efficient task management along with multiple
levels of accountability and control.
Search - Provides instant access
to information through multiple search tools for documents, content,
relationships and data. Documents can be quickly and easily found
through user-defined key words and criteria or through full-text
search. Relationship-centric searches can be performed using the
powerful relationship manager search tool.
e-Forms
- The e-forms designer provides the ability to set up template
forms. An electronic form eliminates the need for scanning documents
and can be pre-populated using data from FileVision.
Application Integrator - Gives
users the ability to pull data from another application without
the expense of custom integration. This data can be used to search
for a document, index a document or populate and search the profiler,
eliminating the time consuming task of data entry.
